Author of a high-flying 2025 and still in the race to achieve the Ligue 1-Champions League double in this year 2026, Paris Saint-Germain has just been crowned “best world team” of the year 2026 at the Laurens World Sports Awards, an international sports awards ceremony, this Monday evening. The Parisian club becomes the sixth football team to receive this award, following in particular Bayern Munich (2021) and Real Madrid (2025).
