Atlético de Madrid: twist in the Éderson case

The Éderson case at Atlético de Madrid is now completely at a standstill. The Madrid club, which had made it a priority to strengthen its midfield, now finds itself facing an impasse after several months of advanced negotiations with Atalanta and the player’s entourage. An agreement seemed to be taking shape, but discussions were recently frozen, making the operation much more uncertain according to the newspaper A.S..

Indeed, the Bergamo club would demand around 45 million euros to sell its midfielder, a sum considered excessive by Madrid leaders who are seeking to lower the price.
