UEFA has announced the scheduled dates for its Champions League semi-finals. In the event of qualification against Liverpool in the quarter-finals, PSG will face the winner of the double confrontation between Real Madrid and Bayern Munich. The first leg would take place on Tuesday April 28 at the Parc des Princes (9 p.m.), and the return would take place at the Bernabéu or the Allianz Arena on Wednesday May 6 (9 p.m.). On the other side of the table, a potential clash between the winner of FC Barcelona-Atlético de Madrid and Sporting CP-Arsenal would take place on Wednesday April 29 for the first leg and Tuesday May 5 for the return leg.

This gap of eight days between the outward and return journey would better suit the capital club, as Luis Campos explained to justify the request for postponement from Lens-PSG, in the middle of the C1 quarter-finals against Liverpool, only six days apart. Between these two semi-final matches the 32nd day of Ligue 1 would be held with the reception of Lorient (the precise date and time have not yet been disclosed by the league). According to the calendar, the postponement of this meeting will be complicated due to the lack of slot still available before the end of the season.
