Real Madrid showed great enthusiasm when they beat Manchester City and Liverpool to sign Jude Bellingham at the start of the summer.

The Englishman was a long-time target for Los Blancos, and his arrival was seen as a coup.

Bellingham have already begun to reward the trust that Florentino Perez and Carlo Ancelotti had placed in him, as he made an exceptional start to his career in Spain. He scored against Athletic Club on LaLiga opener last weekend and netted two more in Saturday’s win over Almeria.

To score in his first two competitive appearances for a new club is certainly impressive, and Bellingham are in good company in that regard. The last player to do so for Real Madrid was Cristiano Ronaldo, in 2009, as reported MD.

If Bellingham can have a Real Madrid career half as good as Ronaldo’s, it will be a huge success for all parties involved. For now, he hopes to continue putting in impressive performances and try to achieve a hat-trick.
