On the Parisian side, no less than seven players changed compared to the starting lineup in Brest on Saturday (0-3). Lee, ill, Hakimi, spared, and Barcola, Kvaratskhelia, Vitinha, Pacho and Hernandez, on the bench, are replaced by Dembélé, Ndjantou, Mbaye, Mendes, Beraldo, Marquinhos and Zabarnyi. The Parisian Ballon d'Or, the first city, is celebrating his first start in ten matches with PSG while Beraldo could start at right back.
FC Lorient has just revealed its team composition and Olivier Pantaloni makes no less than five changes compared to the team which started on Sunday, during the setback at Angers (2-0): Tosin, Makengo, Avom, Le Bris and Meïté are all sent to the bench, for the benefit of Bamba (center forward), Karim (right wing), Cadiou (axial midfielder), Mvuka (right piston) and Igor Silva (central hinge). Pagis remains present on the offensive front, as does captain Abergel in the midfield.
On the Parisian side, Neves is returning to the group but not Ruiz, still in the recovery phase according to the club. Hakimi, for his part, is spared for this trip to Morbihan while Lee, apparently ill, has not been summoned.
Effective point: Lorient will still be without five players this Wednesday evening, the same as this weekend, since Katseris, Faye, Dieng, Fadiga and Sanusi, injured, are still missing.
On the Lorient side, the considerations are, unsurprisingly, very different. First club in the red zone, FCL (16th) has only won two of its nine matches, each time with numerical superiority (11 against 10 against Monaco, 11 against 9 against Rennes). The Merlus have also just taken one point out of nine possible, what's more against three direct opponents for maintenance: a defeat against Paris FC (2-0), a draw with Brest (3-3) and a new setback in Angers this Sunday (2-0).
Returned to leader of the championship this weekend, after its victory in Brest (0-3) but also the defeat of OM in Lens (2-1), PSG is currently one point ahead of the Sang et Or (2nd) and two over the Marseillais (3rd) and the Lyonnais (4th). Lens travels to Metz (7 p.m.) this Wednesday, OL at Paris FC (9:05 p.m.) while OM welcome Angers (9:05 p.m.).
Welcome to our site to follow the 10th day of Ligue 1 live and the meeting between Lorient and PSG at the Stade du Moustoir. Kick-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. this Wednesday.
