Former OM coach Igor Tudor was dismissed from his position at Juventus on Monday after a series of poor results.

The news appeared this Monday morning. In a press release, Juventus Turin announces the dismissal of Igor Tudor and his staff.
“The Club thanks Igor Tudor and his entire team for their professionalism and dedication over the last few months and wishes them the best for their future careers”we can read.

The former coach of Olympique de Marseille, appointed in March 2025 in Piedmont, is paying the costs of a checkered start to the season. Juve (8th in the championship) had nevertheless started the 2025/2026 financial year well. Despite an early elimination in the round of 16 of the Club World Cup (1-0 defeat against Real Madrid), the Bianconeri then made up for it by winning the first three Serie A matches, before not knowing victory since September 16, that is to say eight matches in a row.

Thiago Motta back?

While waiting to find the Croatian's replacement, Juventus has
“temporarily entrusted the men's first team to Massimo Brambilla, who will be on the bench for the Juventus-Udinese match on Wednesday evening. » Perhaps this would be the opportunity to see Thiago Motta on the Turin bench again later? The former Parisian being esonerato until 2027, an Italian practice meaning that the tactician is “discharged” from his former position but still under contract with the club.

If he were to be recalled, the Italian would have no choice but to accept. Nothing is less certain, however, knowing that other sources rather announce the probable arrival of Luciano Spalletti, ex-Naples coach or even former coach of the Azzurri.
