The young central defender of Olympique de Marseille could be sold by the end of the summer transfer window.
Recruited from Le Havre a year ago, Isaak Touré is in the dark for the rest of his career. Young, powerful, with an impressive body type (he stands at 2.06m) and a strong personality, the central defender was loaned to AJ Auxerre last season. A very fruitful experience since in addition to gaining experience by chaining matches in the elite, Touré left an excellent image in Burgundy, where his performances and his mentality were unanimously praised.
This full season allows Isaak Touré to return to Marseille with another status. But it does not guarantee him a starting place. Relegated behind Gigot, Balerdi or Mbemba in the hierarchy of central defenders, the defender could seek playing time elsewhere. Especially since his rating remains excellent on the transfer market.
What future for Isaac Touré?
According to information from TF1, Isaak Touré would be one of FC Metz’s priorities for this 2023-24 financial year. The Lorraine club is looking for reinforcements in this sector. Promoted to Ligue 1, the Garnets would like to attract a player who has proven himself in the context of a team called upon to fight for its survival. Laszlo Boloni would appreciate the characteristics of the Marseillais, but the latter would not really be seduced by this track. To be continued…
