Olympique de Marseille could finalize a fairly unexpected operation in the coming days.

With more than 25 finalized movements, theOlympique de Marseille has still been one of the most active European clubs on the transfer market this summer. The Marseille club struck hard in the last days of this summer window, especially in its defensive sector, with the signatures of Emerson, Benjamin Pavard or Nayef Aguerd.

Roberto de Zerbi therefore has a much more extensive workforce, both qualitatively and quantitatively. The possibility of restricting it a little in the coming days begins to gain weight.

According to information from Ouest France, a player could leave Olympique de Marseille soon: these are Ultisses Garcia. The regional daily reports an interest in FC Nantes for the left side defender.

Nantes wants his joker

Despite an irreproachable state of mind, Ultisses Garcia is indeed subject to much greater competition this season. A situation that could encourage him to get a more substantial playing time elsewhere.

Nantes, who is looking for a recruit in this left side post, would be seduced by the profile and experience of the Swiss international. The Canaries would hope to complete this deal in the form of a joker. As a reminder, Garcia was not registered on the Champions League list.
