Particularly upset and vehement on the edge of the field during the last minutes of the classic won on Monday by his Olympique de Marseille against Paris Saint-Germain (1-0, 5th day of Ligue 1), Roberto de Zerbi had been left for an expulsion. Two yellow blows out of blow by Mr. Brisard and the Marseille coach was asked to leave the bench. Two days later, the Italian experienced his sanction and was suspended a firm match.

The discipline communications of the LFP met this Wednesday to rule in particular on the case of Roberto de Zerbi. She therefore estimated that the latter was to be dismissed for two games, including a farm. This sanction means that the tactician will not be on the bench this Friday when moving his troops on the side of Strasbourg (9 p.m.).

In its report communicated today, the Commission said that this suspension was moving Roberto de Zerbi from Office Roberto “a sidelines, a cloakroom of referees and all official functions”. The Italian can however consider himself happy not to have been sanctioned more seriously, he who in reality did not leave the edge of the lawn Monday after his red, going to settle just behind the bench.

Roberto de Zerbi warned his players

At the post-match conference, he indicated that the match against the Strasbourg was “The most important of the season”way of telling his players that they should in no way rest on the laurels of their success against PSG, the first in this way for fourteen years at the Vélodrome.

Sixth in the ranking, the Phocaeans are currently three points behind a head quartet led by AS Monaco and followed by PSG, OL and Strasbourg, all with twelve units on the clock, while Lille is interspersed in fifth row with ten points.
