Juventus: The sanctions fell in the capital gains affair

Accused of having generated artificial capital gains on transfers between 2018 and 2021, Juventus Turin has been working for months on a development of certain sentences. Aimed by this investigation, several managers of the old lady risked big and today discovered their sanctions. Indeed, this Monday, the investigating judge of Rome approved plea agreements, as affirms Sky Italia.

Andrea Agnelli received a sentence of a year and eight months when the former vice-president Pavel Nedved received a year and two months. Former sports director Fabio Paratici and Cesare Gabasio, who played a decisive role in setting up the ploy, received a year and six months of suspension. In this case, Juventus was sentenced to a fine of € 156,750.
