Borussia Dortmund is looking for a number 9. This summer, the German club was able to bail out the coffers by notably selling Jude Bellingham for around 100 million euros. According to BILD, Jean-Philippe Mateta would be considered in Dortmund. Currently at Crystal Palace, in competition with Odsonne Édouard, the former Mainz had made an impression during his time in Germany, scoring 27 goals in 71 games with his former team. Edin Terzic, looking for a scorer capable of replacing Sébastien Haller, could therefore push hard to recruit Mateta. What is certain is that Dortmund will have to strengthen offensively before the end of the month.
