The market took a most unexpected turn on the side of Marseille. Barred by the recent arrival on the banks of the Milos Kerkez Mersey, the 29-year-old Greek international-credited with 29 games all the same last season-is himself looking for a new challenge.
Two years before the end of his contract with the Reds, Kostas Tsimikas always enjoys a good rating, estimated at 18 million euros on the specialized TransferMarkt site. Beware of competition. If we believe the echoes of the English press, the first league residents that are Fulham, Leeds and Nottingham Forest are also in the ranks. Several Serie A clubs would also be interested.
