It is a fairly unexpected rebound for Aaron Ramsdale, loaned last season to Southampton, where he knew how to bounce after a loss of confidence in northern London. In Newcastle, he arrives with the ambition to win in a club that will compete in Europe and aims at the top 5 in the Premier League. Ramsdale has been international English since 2021 and will aim for the 2026 World Cup, which is fast approaching. For this, he will have to benefit from a lot of playing time in the club.
