The main objective was to resolve the latest administrative problems linked to the official registration of the goalkeeper, a file that the club wishes to finalize as soon as possible. Ramón Valencia, a well -known lawyer within the Barcelona organization chart, plays a central role in several operations. He was notably involved in the drafting of the Dani Olmo contract and in the management of his registration with the CSD (Superior Sports Council).
Valencia is also the author of Joan Garcia's contract, the Spanish porter, and actively participated in the negotiations surrounding the payment of his release clause fixed at 25 million euros. Back at the club after several weeks, he is accompanied by his lifelong partner, Juanma López, CEO of Niagara Sports Agency, to finalize the remaining documents and launch the registration process. Barça, scalded by the complications encountered in the Dani Olmo file, wants to avoid any delay this time. The meeting, lasting about two hours, was held in the presence of Deco. With the long absence of Ter Stegen, Joan Garcia could become the number 1 in the goalkeeper hierarchy.
