24 years after starting on RMC, Jean Rességuié had chosen to leave the general radio at the end of the season. The journalist had played his transfer clause.

This is a provision allowing a journalist to leave a press company from his own initiative, while receiving dismissal allowances. It can be activated in the event of the sale of a newspaper or periodical. The “voice of football” very quickly found a new employer since RMC hired it for the coming season.

From Friday August 15, the one who is nicknamed “Jano” will integrate the RTL Foot band into a columnist's role, alongside Eric Silvestro. By formalizing his departure from RMC, he announced that he wanted to continue his career for a few more years before retiring.

At the beginning of last month, the 61 -year -old man commented on his last football meeting at the microphone of RMC, during the final of the League of Nations, opposing Portugal to Spain. It is Jean-Louis Tourre, host of the program “Rothen ignites” on the 18h-8 pm from Monday to Friday, who will replace him.
