Diego Simeone, the coach of Atlético de Madrid, refused to leave for Saudi Arabia this summer, probably giving up several million euros.
The Argentine coach is the highest paid in the world with 20 million euros per season, but he could have undoubtedly earned even more money in the Middle East. In a recent interview, brand asked if the offer made him doubt his continuity at Atlético de Madrid.
