After Angel Gomes, CJ Egan-Riley and Facundo Medina, a fourth summer reinforcement appears on the horizon on the side of the commandery. OM has indeed reached an agreement in principle with Juventus in recent hours for the arrival of Timothy Weah.

According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, the versatile 25-year right piston (capable of evolving on the left side also) now swears by Marseille, convinced by the project which was presented to him by Roberto de Zerbi himself. A deal at 15 million euros would already be sealed between the two clubs, ensure several transalpine media this Thursday.

A loan with option or a dry sale?

The formalization of the transfer would now depend only on the methods of the agreement. Namely a dry sale privileged by Turin leaders. Or a loan with an automatic purchase option, according to the will of Olympians, wishing to keep liquidity to advance on other summer files, and in particular that of the Brazilian winger of the PSV Eindhoven Igor Peaceao.

In this offseason, OM has already made use of this strategy to hear in Lens Facundo Medina. The Argentinian international who joined Marseille as part of a paid loan at 2 million euros with a compulsory purchase option of 18 million, plus 2 million possible bonuses.
