Real Madrid let one of its youngsters go. Indeed, the White House has announced the departure of its Spanish midfielder Sergio Arribas for UD Almería, who have paid no less than 8 million euros to hire the 21-year-old player. The latter, who had played 14 matches with the first team since the 2020-2021 season, is joining the Indálicos for the next six seasons.

“Real Madrid CF and UD Almería have agreed on the transfer of player Sergio Arribas. (…) In the last three seasons he played for Castilla, where he scored more than 40 goals and was the team’s top scorer in the last two seasons. Real Madrid would like to express their gratitude and affection to Arribas and wish him and all his family good luck in this new stage.”
