If life is pink on the sporting plan for Paris Saint-Germain, the capital club remains in the viewfinder of one of its old stars, Kylian Mbappé. Starting on very poor terms last year at the end of his contract, the Real Madrid striker has since conflict with PSG. He notably filed a complaint against his former club for moral harassment. Judicial information against X was opened on Tuesday.
The information was relayed this Thursday by RMC who explained that the Paris prosecutor's office had appointed two investigating judges to conduct the investigation into the complaint filed by Le Bondynois on May 16. Kylian Mbappé denounces a “Moral harassment” and a “Signature extortion attempt”according to the media. It is a question here of the brutal sidelining of the tricolor international in the summer of 2023, when he had refused to extend once again with Paris.
Placed in a “loft”, Mbappé had not taken part in the Asian tour of Paris Saint-Germain. A few weeks later, and thanks in particular to the intervention of Luis Enrique, the footballer had reinstated the group and then replayed. As RMC also recalled, PSG is also in the viewfinder of justice in another procedure which was entrusted to the delinquency repression brigade (BRDP), after a complaint also filed last May, by Kheira Hamraoui.
Mbappé still claims € 55 million
If the history is very different from that of Kylian Mbappé, the former Parisian player also criticizes the PSG for having voluntarily put her away from the group to push her to go away. Still to the Real Madrid player, it is therefore an additional chapter in his legal fight with his former employer. He is still in conflict concerning salary reminders for an amount of around fifty-five million euros.
In the meantime, Kylian Mbappé and Paris Saint-Germain are still engaged in the World Cup of clubs organized in the United States. The two parties could end up at the stadium of the semi-finals, provided that Real Madrid ends this night at first place in group H. To do so, it will have to prevail against RB Salzburg. A draw could also be enough for him if al-Hilal does not win against Pachuca.
