As for the “little owl”, the media pointed out that no information had filtered concerning his absence. On Tuesday evening, Bruno Salomon offered another explanation. “Neymar and Verratti did not participate in training on Tuesday because of a virus, nothing muscular. A point will be made tomorrow morning, but they are expected in training this Wednesday.”wrote the sports journalist of the radio France Blue on his Twitter account.

This is not the first time that part of the Parisian wardrobe has been affected by a virus before a Ligue 1 match. This had already been the case last season, before a trip to Monaco. It remains to be seen whether Neymar and Marco Verratti will be fully recovered and able to face Les Merlus in three days. Remember that these two players are the subject of many departure rumors.
