GL Events, future manager of the Stade de France, has planned an unprecedented clause in his concession contract: a possibility of early termination in the event of the construction of a new stadium by Paris Saint-Germain. According to The teamthis “PSG clause” would allow GL Events to disengage and be reimbursed from its investments if the Parisian club came to build an enclosure of more than 70,000 places, in direct competition with the homeless.
Even if such a project would not see the light of day before several years, even a decade, this provision already opens the way to an early outing of the 30 -year contract.
