The problems continue for FC Barcelona, still annoyed by the financial regulations of the Spanish championship.

Last summer, President Joan Laporta had to activate several economic levers so that FC Barcelona could finance its recruitment and register its new players in La Liga.

The galley is far from over for the Catalan club, which still has to deal with the constraints imposed by the Spanish championship. Due to their economic worries, Barca still can’t add their latest reinforcements to their squad. Thus, Ilkay Gundogan, Inigo Martinez and Oriol Romeu are still out of Blaugrana’s list for La Liga.

One week before the resumption of the championship, Barça has only 13 players available for La Liga, according to Sport. And in the lot, there are Ousmane Dembélé and Franck Kessié, two players in the process of leaving. At the moment, Xavi really only has 11 at his disposal: Ter Stegen, Koundé, Eric Garcia, Christensen, Pedri, Gavi, De Jong, Ferran Torres, Ansu Fati, Raphinha and Robert Lewandowski.
