Mohamed Salah revealed why the title of Premier League 2024-25 of Liverpool is more important than his previous triumph under the direction of his former coach.

Salah scored on Sunday in the overwhelming 5-1 victory against Tottenham, allowing Liverpool to win the title of Premier League 2024-25, leading the Reds to glory thanks to its incredible contribution. The 32 -year -old now totals 46 goals and assists, becoming the fifth top scorer in the history of the Premier League, ahead of Sergio Agüero on his last goal.

Salah was also a star in the first title of Liverpool in 30 years in 2020, but he said that this year's triumph was more significant, saying that his adaptation to a new coach and a new team demonstrates its importance to Anfield.

Salah told BBC Sport: ” It's amazing. Winning the Premier League and having the impact I had is incredible. For me, this title is even more special. Jürgen (Klopp) is no longer there, just like other players that I respect a lot, but do it with a new coach and a new team shows what I am capable of. »»

Salah is one of the seven Liverpool players to have won two titles of England champion, alongside Alisson Becker, Virgil Van Dijk, Joe Gomez, Andy Robertson, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Curtis Jones.

Salah signed a new contract with Liverpool in early April and will be present next season to defend its title. There are still four games at the Reds, starting with a trip to Chelsea next weekend.
