The Spanish coach has drawn up an encouraging first assessment of Paris Saint-Germain’s pre-season Asian tour.
A victory against Jeonbuk Motors (3-0), a draw against Al-Nassr (0-0), and two defeats against Cerezo Osaka (2-3) and Inter Milan (1-2). This is the results obtained by the players of Paris Saint-Germain at the end of their pre-season internship in Japan and South Korea. A tour of Asia to which the Parisian coach, Luis Enrique, returned at the microphone of PSGTV.
“I like the message that my players send me”
The Spanish technician praised the face displayed by his team despite mixed results, also expressing a certain enthusiasm for the idea of starting the next exercise on the Parisian bench. And this, nine days before the first Ligue 1 match of the PSG season against Lorient, at the Parc des Princes.
“I must say it was a pleasure to be in Japan and Korea. We were received in an extraordinary way, we will be happy to return in the future. I think the team meets our expectations. Of course, I think some results could have been better, but I like the message my players are sending me and I’m happy.
