Already in the sights of Paris Saint-Germain last summer, Gonçalo Ramos has grown well. The 22-year-old Portuguese striker is coming off a full year with Benfica where he scored 27 goals and delivered 12 offerings in 47 games. A season of explosion for the striker under contract until June 2025 which means that Benfica expects to see him leave this summer and has been dreading an offer from Paris Saint-Germain for a while.

Having already anticipated his departure by targeting the Mexican striker from Feyenoord, Santiago Giménez (22), Benfica has already accepted the idea of seeing his player leave for other eyes. While on Monday we explained to you that Luis Campos was digging the Gonçalo Ramos track, he would have made good progress according to the latest indiscretions of RMC Sports.

Benfica expects €80m

The French media explains that Paris Saint-Germain have already reached an agreement with Gonçalo Ramos for his arrival in the French capital. A first step validated therefore in this file, but it will still be necessary to convince Benfica. And it will not be easy since the Portuguese club is asking for a nice sum for its star striker.

Thus, it is no less than 80 million euros including bonuses that the Aguias expect for the 22-year-old player. A sum that would not scare Paris Saint-Germain. Ile-de-France residents would be ready to play on bonuses to meet Benfica’s requirements. In the second phase of its transfer window, Paris Saint-Germain clearly seems to be on the attack.
