For good reason, the displaced celebrations and the remarks he had made during the final of the 2022 World Cup won by Argentina against France. In an interview with
Telefe, Emiliano Martinez said to expect a special reception, as was the case in 2024 when Aston Villa faced Lille at League conference.
However, the Argentinian prefers to ironize.
