Michael Olisa honored her sixth selection with the Blues in the most beautiful way. Stepped by Didier Deschamps on the right side of the tricolor attack against Croatia in the quarter-final return from the League of Nations (2-2, Tab 5-4), the right winger of Bayern Munich distinguished himself by registering a free kick and delivering a decisive pass.

Already perceived by certain observers as a potential successor by Antoine Griezmann because of his technical background, Olisa will however need time to adapt to impose herself as a taulier of the France team. In any case, this is the point of view of Eric Di Meco, who invited the French coach to trust the Londoner more.

“The experience is taken like that”

“I just hope he will have playing time regularly. To become a taulier in the French team, and to make the career of Griezmann, you also have to have the confidence of the coach and that you chain the matches. The experience is taken like that. If when you miss a match or two we question you, it's never good. So let it leave it on the ground ”, said the former Marseillais on
RMC.

It remains to be seen if the Bayonnais technician will hear this message. As a reminder, the gang in Deschamps has an appointment on June 5 in the semi-finals against Spain in Stuttgart, on the lawn of the Mercedes-Benz Arena.
