By qualifying for the Final Four of the League of Nations on Sunday after its victory against Croatia (2-0, 5 TAB 4), the French team will be donated to a group of four teams for the Qualifications at the 2026 World Cup. Indeed, Didier Deschamps' men will be placed in D with only three opponents: Ukraine, Iceland and Azerbaijan.
For its part, Croatia will be in Pool L with the Czech Republic, Montenegro, the Faroe and Gibraltar Islands. As a reminder, the Blues will start qualifying in September 2025 since the dates of June will be devoted to the Final Four with a semi-final against Spain, on June 5 in Stuttgart (8:45 p.m.) before a possible final on 8 (8:45 p.m.) or a match for third place a little earlier in the day (3 p.m.).
