This Tuesday, The Team explains that the reigning French champion has activated the mechanism to lift this clause and thus recruit the player of 26 for 50 million euros. By launching this process, PSG opens a period of five days to negotiate with the 2018 world champion the terms of his contract and pay the transfer fee to the Catalan club. The French daily, however, specifies that the two clubs will enter into negotiations for a price which may be higher, but whose terms of payment may be different and advantageous for Paris.
