There was a level on the side of the nominees for the UNFP trophy of the player of February. Two representatives of Paris Saint-Germain with Ousmane Dembélé and Achraf Hakimi, and then one of Olympique de Marseille with Amine Gouiri. The vote returned his verdict this Sunday and he appointed the Algerian international as the trophy winner with a fairly wide advance on his two competitors.
No less than 43% of the vote in favor of the Marseille offensive, while Ooumane Dembélé arrived second with 39% of the votes, against 18% in Achraf Hakimi. In February, Amine Gouiri notably scored two goals and offered three assists in four Ligue 1 games. For her part, Dembélé planted six achievements in five games. As for Hakimi, he found the net on the net twice in three outings.
Dembélé already well placed for the month of March
There will therefore have been no “back-to-back” for “Dembouz”, trophy winner in January. On the other hand, the alternation PSG-OM continues since in December it was Mason Greenwood who had been appointed player of the month. This season, two Parisians were elected (Bradley Barcola was appointed in September), and therefore two Marseillais.
PSG may be well placed in March since Ousmane Dembélé never ceases to register goals, as was again the case on Saturday with a double slammed in three minutes at the very end of the game, during the Parisian success in Rennes (1-4, 25th day of Ligue 1).
