Omar Marmoush, a crazy hat!

Omar Marmoush had not yet found the net since his arrival in Manchester City. An anomaly for a player who had scored 19 goals in 23 games with Frankfurt before being captured by the Skyblues during the winter transfer window. The Egyptian waited for an important moment to celebrate its first goal, namely a shock and a victory CE in Newcastle (4-0), rival for a qualification in the Champions League, at Etihad. And since a happiness never comes alone, Marmoush was not satisfied with a single goal. Mohamed Salah's teammate in selection simply split a hat trick, with three goals even before the break was whistled.

It was first Ederson, on a long ball from its surface, which launched Marmoush on the back of the defense, which adjusted Martin Dubravka with a pretty lob (1-0, 19th). Ilkay Gundogan then shifted the same Marmoush for a powerful strike unstoppable a few minutes later (2-0, 24th). Shortly after half an hour of play, Savinnho succeeded in a solo number on the right side before offering a caviar to his new teammate to, already, fold the match (3-0, 33rd).

McATEE Corsica the addition

If he no longer marked until his release in the 76th minute, replaced by Jérémy Doku, the pharaoh striker gave full satisfaction and, perhaps, foreshadowed by his adventure in Manchester City. In control after rest, Pep Guardiola's men finished work thanks to James McATEE on a corner, after a good deviation from Erling Haaland (4-0, 84th).

In the other afternoon meetings, Arsenal torn off the victory in Leicester (0-2) thanks to a double from Mikel Merino, Fulham dominated (2-1) Nottingham Forrest, Aston Villa was hung at home by Ipswich (1-1), Bournemouth won (1-3) in Southampton and Brentford went to win in West Ham (0-1).
