This Tuesday is already the eighteenth assessment of the season in the European top scorer ranking. We find the scorers who made the nets tremble in Germany, England, Austria, Belgium, Scotland, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, Switzerland, Turkey and Ukraine. As usual, Viktor Gyökeres sits at the top of this ranking. Nevertheless if the Swedish striker of Sporting CP has 22 goals in 19 matches, he did not score this Sunday against Farense (3-1).

However, he will have to be wary since behind him the competition advances at high speed like Mohamed Salah. The Liverpool striker displays no less than 21 goals in 23 games and remains on a double during a 2-0 victory against Bournemouth. Finally, the podium is completed by Harry Kane who saw double during a 4-3 victory against Holstein Kiel. The English striker of Bayern Munich now has 19 goals in 18 matches.

Chris Wood tumbles

At the foot of the podium, we find Erling Haaland. If he has heavily lost against Arsenal (5-1) with Manchester City, the Norwegian scorer is credited with 19 goals in 24 games and has managed a new pawn. It's better than Krzysztof Piątek who arrives fifth thanks to 18 goals in 20 games. The former AC Milan now in Istanbul Basaksehir remains on a hat-trick on Saturday against Samsunspor (4-0). Robert Lewandowski who scored against the Deportivo Alavés (1-0) this Sunday in Liga arrives just behind him with 18 goals in 21 matches.

In seventh position, we find Sem Steijn with 17 goals in 19 games. Twente's scorer remains on a double against Go Ahead Eagles (2-2). Eighth place for Alexander Isak with his 17 goals in 22 games. The Swedish goalscorer of Newcastle remained silent during the 2-1 defeat against Fulham. Different situation on the other hand for Chris Wood who saw Triple against Brighton with Nottingham Forest. This allows him to display 17 goals in 24 games. Finally, Mateo Retagui arrives tenth with 16 goals in 21 matches even if he did not score on Saturday against the Torino with Atalanta (1-1).

Manfred Ugalde (Spartak Moscow), Omar Marmoush (Eintracht Frankfurt and Manchester City), Kylian Mbappé (Real Madrid) and Mika Biereth (Sturm Graz and AS Monaco) fail at the doors of the top 10 with 15 goals. Cole Palmer (Chelsea), Jefté Betancor (Penserraikos), Toluwalase Arokodare (Genk), Patrik Schick (Bayer Leverkusen) and Bryan Mbeumo (Brentford) follow further with 14 achievements.
