Back after an inconclusive loan from Manchester United, Marcel Sabitzer should no longer wear the colors of Bayern Munich next season. As we mentioned this week, Thomas Tuchel does not count on him and is ready to separate definitively from the Austrian midfielder. Pushed towards the exit, the 29-year-old player can however consider continuing his career in Germany. Indeed, Borussia Dortmund, looking for additional reinforcement for its midfield, has made the ex-Leipzig player one of its priorities.

While talks have already been started with the reigning German champion, his runner-up is about to reach the goal according to information from Sky Germany. The Marsupials have reached an agreement with their Munich counterparts to sign the Wels native with two years left on his contract with Bayern. The amount of the transaction should be around €19 million, bonus included. Barring a rebound, Marcel Sabitzer should relaunch in the Ruhr.
