Bologna and Milan don’t let go of each other

The logic was respected on Saturday at San Siro, while AC Milan hosted Empoli. Paulo Fonseca’s men won with a score of 3-0, for this meeting counting for the fourteenth day of Serie A. A little later in the evening, Bologna won by the same score against Venice (3-0 ).

On the Milan side, it was Alvaro Morata who opened the scoring in the nineteenth minute, imitated just before the break by Tijjani Reijnders (2-0, 44th). The Dutch midfielder did it again for a double in the second half (3-0, 69th), definitively ensuring the victory for the Rossoneri. In the standings, they are seventh, three points behind Juventus which occupies the last European place.

Ndoye scores a double

As for Bologna, it just as easily got rid of the red lantern. Facing Venice, the Rossoblu did not tremble and opened the scoring with a penalty converted by Dan Ndoye (1-0, 21st). Another penalty will allow them to make the break in the second half. This will be scored by Riccardo Orsolini (2-0, 69th). Two minutes later, Ndoye scored a second personal goal to make it 3-0 (71st).

This success allows Bologna to stay in the wake of Milan, with a very small point behind. In difficulty on the European scene, the Rossoblu have not said their last word in Serie A.
