The Champions League will soon return with the fifth day of the league phase. And this is more than important for Paris Saint-Germain. The capital club has its back against the wall in this edition.

Luis Enrique’s men are in 27th place in the standings with only four points on the clock. A position which does not currently allow the French champions to reach the play-offs.

The Rouge et Bleu will face Bayern Munich the next day. A match which could take place without one of the German club’s senior players. Portuguese defensive midfielder João Palhinha injured his adductor and withdrew from Portugal’s two Nations League matches. According to information from Sky GermanyPalhinha would be out for around three weeks.

PSG must win

The money time is getting closer in the Champions League. The end of the League phase is not far away. PSG must take points if it does not want its European adventure to turn into a fiasco. Luis Enrique’s players will have to win on Bavarian soil on this 5th day.

A setback would seriously put the Parisians in difficulty. But before this poster, the capital’s players will have to gain confidence against Toulouse FC this Friday, November 22 during the 12th day of Ligue 1.
