Genk: Mike Trésor is Brentford’s priority

Brentford finished on the doorstep of Europe last season, finishing ninth just two points behind Aston Villa. To continue its meteoric rise for several seasons and finally hang on to Europe, the Bees want to strengthen this summer. To do this, the English club has notably targeted Mike Trésor to strengthen its offensive sector.

According to our information, the 24-year-old attacking midfielder from Racing Genk wants to play in the Premier League next season. Negotiations between the two clubs are progressing well and Brentford management are optimistic of a positive outcome in the coming days. As a reminder, Trésor played 42 matches last season and distilled no less than 24 assists to which we must add 8 goals. Remarkable performances which allowed him to discover the Belgian selection with which he now has two caps.
