Arriving this summer at Juventus from FC Porto, Portuguese right winger Francisco Conçeiçao is slowly establishing himself in Thiago Motta’s plans. Arriving injured on the Piedmont side, the 21-year-old player is rather a luxury joker at the moment, but manages to shine. In six appearances, he has 2 goals and 2 assists with Vecchia Signora. Starting against Inter Milan this Sunday in a spectacular draw which ended with a score of 4-4, he particularly shone.

His coach Thiago Motta did not fail to compliment him: “Francisco was tired as he should be, I’m happy and I want all my players to finish the matches like this. He performed very well both in the defensive and offensive phases. We could have suffered from Inter’s quick transitions, but he was very attentive, although in my opinion he can still improve. Football is something in his blood, it comes from his family. He is a boy who makes the most of matches and training. He has an exceptional attitude which infects the group, it’s a pleasure to work with players like that.»
