Yamal produced an incredible finish, beating Andriy Lunin at the near post to give Barcelona a 3-0 advantage. After finding the net, he imitated Cr7 and performed the famous “ Calm down, I’m here » in a gesture as if to calm the crowd.
Youngest Clasico scorer
After this convincing victory, Yamal rallied his teammates to go and conquer the La Liga championship and declared: “I mean: Visca Barca! Let’s go and win La Liga, let’s go now.”
At 17 years and 106 days old, Yamal became the youngest goalscorer in a Clasico. He surpassed the record set by former FC Barcelona player Alfonso Navarro who found the net at 17 years and 356 days.
