Mercato: thunderclap at PSG! The arrival of a legend becomes clearer

Paris Saint-Germain would continue to advance its pawns to recruit a very big name in French football.

Since the start of this summer transfer window, Paris Saint-Germain has strengthened in all areas. No less than 7 arrivals have already been made official by the capital club: defenders Milan Skriniar and Lucas Hernandez, midfielders Manuel Ugarte, Cher Ndour, Lee Kang-in and Xavi Simons (who is returning after a year at PSV Eindhoven), as well as striker Marco Asensio. But for the position of goalkeeper, too, the sports management and Luis Enrique are scrutinizing the market.

While Gianluigi Donnarumma remains on two very contrasting seasons, the Italian would still benefit from the confidence of the club. But his footwork and his irregularity would encourage Luis Campos and Luis Enrique to look into recruiting a goalkeeper capable of providing competition while accepting an understudy status at the start of the season.

With this in mind, several names have begun to circulate in recent weeks, including Yassine Bounou and Unai Simon. But it is Hugo Lloris who could land in the capital. RMC Sport has indeed clarified that the project of the capital club did not leave the former captain of the Blues indifferent. At the height of his 36 years, Lloris keeps an interesting rating.
