Since the arrival of Lionel Messi in Major League Soccer, Inter Miami has changed dimension. The Florida franchise is performing well and establishing itself as one of the best teams in the country.

Lionel Messi’s partners topped the Western Conference in the regular season with a total of 71 points.

A more than attractive assessment which could allow it to achieve a big coup in the summer of 2025. Indeed, according to the newspaper’s information Marcathe franchise led by David Beckham could participate in the 2025 Club World Cup as a guest club.

The club could be invited to the tournament thanks to its status as the best MLS team but also that of host country for the next edition.

Usually, MLS is not one of the championships eligible for the Club World Cup. However, an exception could be made since the next edition in 2025 will take place in the United States, mainly on the East Coast.

FIFA would therefore not wait until the end of the play-offs to choose its American representative. Lionel Messi could once again rub shoulders with European teams. To be continued…
