The Arnault family and Red Bull enter into exclusive negotiations to buy Paris FC. This ambitious project aims to transform the club into a major player in French football, with an emphasis on training young talents.

Paris FC is on the verge of changing dimension with the Arnault family entering into exclusive negotiations to acquire a majority stake in the club. This takeover, orchestrated via the company Agache, a subsidiary of LVMH, will see the Arnault family initially hold 55% of the club, while Red Bull would take 15%.

The current president, Pierre Ferracci, would retain 30% of the shares until 2027, when he will cede the entirety to Arnault. This ambitious project is part of the objective of gradually bringing Paris FC towards the elite of French football, with plans also for the women’s team, already in D1.

Red Bull and Arnault to transform Paris FC

Antoine Arnault, future representative of Agache within the club, spoke of an opportunity to “build a beautiful page in French football” drawing on an exceptional pool of young talents in Île-de-France.

With Red Bull, an experienced player in the management of football clubs like RB Leipzig, Paris FC hopes to attract young players, while strengthening the competitiveness of its first teams. This project, currently being finalized, could quickly make Paris FC a serious competitor to Paris Saint-Germain on the national scene.
