Dutch football legend Marco Van Basten was very critical of former Parisian Manuel Ugarte, who is now at MU.

Manchester United’s new signing Manuel Ugarte has come under fire this week. And not just a little.

The Uruguayan has been singled out by Dutch legend Marco van Basten for his performances so far with the Red Devils.

Van Basten would no longer pay €12m for Ugarte

Arriving from PSG this summer, Ugarte has struggled to integrate into the Manchester United team since his signing at the transfer window. He didn’t impress at all when he was lined up. When it was then pointed out to him that Ugarte has only played two matches with MU so far, the three-time Ballon d’Or winner replied: “Yes, and it only took me these two matches to see that he’s not even worth 25% of that amount. »
