Sergio Ramos has posted a video of his final training session to keep himself ready for any challenge as he searches for a new club for the 2023-24 season.
The Spanish defender left Paris Saint-Germain at the end of his contract in June. He is now free of any commitment and is looking for a new club for next season. In the meantime, he leaves no stone unturned to be ready for a new challenge.
Ramos has posted a series of videos on Instagram where he is seen pushing his limits in the gym doing high-intensity endurance and calisthenics.

Although there have been rumors that he could return to Spain to join his boyhood club Sevilla, the Andalusian club’s vice-president Jose Maria del Nido Carrasco has refuted these claims. There was also talk of a transfer to Saudi club Al-Ahli, but this project did not take off.
Ramos’ future is up in the air and it remains to be seen whether he will indeed travel to the Middle East. He has already hung up his crampons in selection, but remains determined to continue playing for a club.
