Real Madrid is setting foot where no club has done before. Faced with the infernal pace of the calendars, the Spanish club continues to block several of its internationals during this international break. This week, Kylian Mbappé was spared by Didier Deschamps, after the Madrid striker informed his coach of his need to recover (he finally played 70 minutes against Villarreal yesterday).

Early today, we learned that Vinicius Junior was also going to give up his selection duty, after being hit in the shoulder last night. But obviously, the list of internationals blocked by Real Madrid will continue to stretch. To believe The Copethe reigning European champion has also decided to put Eder Militao and Andryi Lunin in the fridge, respectively summoned with Brazil and Ukraine. Both players will therefore remain with their club during this truce.
