The French team managed to overthrow Belgium. Trailing 1-0, the Blues had to wait for the entries of Michael Olise, Rayan Cherki and Désiré Doué to come back to the score and end up winning 4 goals to 1. Scorer and decisive double assist, Désiré Doué did not hide his joy at the end of the meeting.
“We wanted to win this last match. It was a great performance, we were all involved. It’s important to continue like this. It’s never easy to score, especially against this kind of team that defends well. We have very talented players in this team, it’s magnificent”he confided to the microphone of TF1.
