The situation in Ceuta continues to make headlines in Spain, and the refusal of several Madrid players – Mbappé, Vinicius Jr and Konaté – to wear a t-shirt in support of the inhabitants of the Spanish enclave in North African lands has caused controversy. A situation that concerns the management of Real Madrid, to the point where Florentino Pérez decided to make a strong decision.
As indicated Marcathe Merengue president will travel to Ceuta this Friday, accompanied by Pirri, a great Real player born in the city. They will notably visit the town hall and the local Real Madrid supporters group. A way of affirming the institutional support of the club in Ceuta, and of calming the controversies and tensions which have increased around the club in recent days.
