PSG supporters have not been allowed to go to the Vélodrome since 2015, while Marseille fans are also barred from traveling to Paris.
The CUP especially denounces the absence of dialogue with the authorities despite the succession of six prefects in eleven years. “ This time, we have decided to use all legal means at our disposal to defend our freedom of movement and our right to support our club “, explains the group, which assures that it is not claiming “ no privilege » but simply that “ the law is respected “. The authorities may prohibit or restrict the movement of supporters when their presence is considered likely to cause serious disturbances to public order. The battle will now be played out in court a few days before the Classic.
