Ligue 1: Strasbourg resists Monaco
Strasbourg drew with Monaco on this 4th day of Ligue 1 (1-1).

Strasbourg was able to keep the Monegasque leader in check this Saturday during the 4th day of Ligue 1. With a parity score of 1-1 at Meinau.

While the Monegasques were the only ones to have been a hit until then, the Alsatians were able to strike first at home, rewarded for their efforts by a csc from Sané (52nd). With a monumental strike, Brunner was however able to set the record straight for ASM (72nd).

The Rocher club thus remains in control, joined the day before by Stade Rennais, with three lengths ahead of RCSA which for its part is in sixth position.
