The summer was definitely hot for Olympique de Marseille but in terms of departure. Not making a single recruit, the Marseille club was active in terms of departures. Ethan Nwaneri (Arsenal), Arthur Vermeeren (RB Leipzig) and Benjamin Pavard (Inter Milan) were not retained after a disappointing loan. Seven other elements also left the ship over the course of the transfer window.
