RB Leipzig has a surprise new recruit. According to our information, and as revealed by Sky Germany, the German club has reached a verbal agreement with AS Roma for the transfer of Neil El Aynaoui. The Moroccan midfielder will therefore head to the Bundesliga, with an agreement between the two clubs now complete.

The operation will take the form of a paying loan of €4 million, accompanied by a purchase option of €25 million, as well as a percentage clause on resale. Leipzig, which was looking for reinforcement in the middle, therefore recovered the Moroccan who was notably tracked by Crystal Palace.
